Before and After Photographs

"Gummy Smile" This individual desired to improve the appearance of her teeth and smile.

A "Smile Makeover" was performed and involved aesthetic crown lengthening, soft tissue sculpting and porcelain crown and veneer tooth restorations.

"Gum Recession" A Commonly seen Periodontal problem.

Periodontal plastic surgery was performed using "Soft Tissue Grafts" as a means to reconstruct the areas of lost gum tissue.

This individual has all of her teeth except her missing front tooth.

The choice replacement was a "Dental Implant" supported crown restoration.

"Severe Gum Recession" associated with aged and poor fitting crown restorations and discolored teeth.

Periodontal health was restored with corrective soft tissue plastic surgical therapy. Overall aesthetics were enhanced with bleaching / whitening treatments. The front two teeth were restored with porcelain crown fabrications.

This individual was unhappy with her "Gummy Smile" and desired a whiter brighter smile!

A Cosmetic "Smile Lift" Periodontal procedure was performed. This set the foundation for porcelain veneer and crown fabrications.

"Bone Loss" has occured in between the teeth as is noted by the arrows.

"Bone Augmentation" therapy was performed as a means to regenerate and repair the areas where bone has been lost.

This individual has "lost" his front teeth due to Periodontal Disease and Tooth Decay.

Diseased teeth were removed and were replaced with "Immediate Dental Implant Placements."

This individual desired "Permanent Bridgework" as a means of tooth replacement rather than having a bulky Removeable Full Denture fabrication that would cover the roof of the mouth.

"I can SMILE again!" The Dental Implants act as "Permanent Supports" for the New Bridgework!

Localized "Gum Recession" and "Root Abrasion" Problems are noted involving the lower central incisor.

A One Visit Periodontal Soft Tissue Plastic Surgery Procedure was performed as a means in restoring Health and Aesthetics to the central incisor's presenting Gum Problem. This photo is a 1&1/2 year follow-up to the initial procedure.
